Osintpro Contact: Three Addresses, and What Each One Is For

Email, not a form. A form on a site like this collects spam and gives you no record of what you sent. Write from your own address and you keep the thread.

  • Email only, no contact form.
  • Two business days is the target.
  • No phone line, so no number published.

Three addresses, and what each is for

Where to write.

General

contact@osintpro.com

Pricing questions, procurement paperwork, whether the platform fits a particular kind of case. We answer within two business days.

Security

Vulnerability reports

security@osintpro.com

Acknowledged within two business days. Please include enough detail to reproduce. Our disclosure position is on the security page.

System sender

Automated mail

app@osintpro.com

Confirmation codes and account notifications are sent from this address. It is not monitored, so replies go nowhere. Write to contact@osintpro.com instead.

Said before you ask

What to expect, honestly.

Four things that are true today. When any of them changes, this page changes with it rather than quietly staying the way it reads better.

Most questions are answered before you write. Whether the work is lawful is on the FAQ, what each plan includes is on the pricing page, data handling and retention are on the security page, and the line we will not cross is on social media OSINT.

  • Two business days is a real target, not a service level. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.
  • There is no phone number on this page because there is no phone line, and publishing one we do not answer would be worse than publishing none.
  • There is no postal address for the same reason. When one exists it will be here.
  • If you already signed up, confirming your address is the whole signup. We email you the next steps from there, so nothing further is needed from you.

Run one scoped sweep and see what a sourced finding looks like.

The demo is free, it takes a domain and never a person, and it produces the same evidence chain the paid report does.

See how a case runs
  • Passive collection only, from public sources.
  • A domain, never a person. There is no input for one.
  • Your case data stays yours. No card required.

Scope in, evidence out. The demo needs no card.
